Love the sink but hard to install

Love the sink but the instructions are worthless so you kind of have to figure out what to do on your own if it's your first one ever to install like it was for me

Product had some defects but seller made it right.

I know 3 stars seems a bit harsh for a review on an item that actually turned out good. The color of the bowl is beautiful and was packaged superbly so the product could not be damaged in transit. Though when I got it out of the Styrofoam lined box I noticed some paint drips on the outside which were a bit disappointing to me. I contacted the seller who was attentive and apologetic and offered a new perfect product but unfortunately I had a granite installer onsite the next day who needed the bowl installed that day so they could cut the proper holes in the granite where the drain would go. The seller offered me a new bowl but I opted for a discount on the bowl because I had already installed what was sent and I was not going to uninstall it just to wait for a new bowl to arrive. The seller was generous and discounted the bowl and everyone was happy. So my review of the product reflects the defects on the bowl not the high level of service or communication with the seller or elecwish. We all worked together to come up with a fair discount for the item. I would buy from this seller again. The bowls are unique all handmade and so they vowed to improve on their quality control operation going forward. Great job with delivery packaging and personable service. Quick responsive and reasonable communication took place. Excellent price overall regardlessof the discounts offered. I plan to buy from this seller again. The pictures and video were taken so you can see the bowl is stunning even with its imperfections which I placed to the back of the sink which hid most them from view.

Color is not as pictured

The sink is beautiful but not even close to the picture. If the color is important to your bathroom design then know your taking a chance at it not being what you want.
