Shipping Costs and Taxes

Elecwish.com is currently collecting sales taxes from California. If you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see the tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state that requires tax collection. To the extent any of the factors affecting the calculation of sales tax change between the time you place an order and the time your credit card is charged, the amount appearing on your order as Tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes.

The state sales tax rate is made up of a base rate and mandatory local rate that goes directly to city and county tax officials. The total sales tax rate may vary based on local jurisdictions.

If you are a tax-exempt organization or reseller, you can apply here for tax exemption on your Elecwish.com orders. After you finish, please send the completed form to contact@elecwish.com for review.

Shipping Locations:

1.As of today, we can ship to the 48 states in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. 
2.We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
Please double-check you have entered the correct shipping address for your order prior to making payments.

Ps: We can also deliver to ultra-remote areas in the United States, but there will be the excess costs which customer need to bear . The detailed cost is $13.25 + fuel surcharge, the current fuel is about 15% nowadays, so the total is expected to be around $15. If you want to know whether your address is ultra-remote area or not, please send your zip code to chat with us or to email contact@elecwish.com and we will answer.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at contact@elecwish.com within 3 business days after receiving the products. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible since this will assist us in processing your damage claim.

Backordered Items:

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.
